Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - ONLY GAVE 5 STARS BECAUSE ***10 STARS*** is not an option!!
THIS is the BEST R&B/NEO album... definitely the best released of the year... but it's one of the best in History... Angie Stone is a REMARKABLE talent with an AMAZING voice... I do not think this album received the level of recognition it deserved. Overall, Angie Stone is one of the strongest voices in R&B/NEO soul to date. I can't pick a Favorite because they are all equally awesome... I give two big, big, big thumbs up to this album!!!!!!!!!! Just put it in, Press play! No need to skip tracks.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - it deserves 5 stars for brotha alone
god i love that song (despite what Kosmo77 says) considering its a breath of fresh air from all the black male bashing that contemparary pop/R&B artists put out .but i also love i wish i didn't miss you anymore.angie's voice is verry old school and soothing to the heart and soul.she reminds you of the lady who had the powerfull solo during the church choir.its to bad that she doesn't get much recognition as her hip-pop/R&B counterparts like you know who.eitherway this is a great cd and i hope she sticks around unlike other great artists that get snubbed, and shelved by their record labels because they don't know what to do with them.in short get this cd if you like good R&b soul music.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Strictly for the ladies-GET THIS!!!!
With the exception of the song "Brotha", this album is strictly for the ladies. There is a song for all times of the day, week, MONTH, you name it, its here. This is my way of incorporating some of the titles of the tracks alone as they pertain to me. I'm "more than a woman" but I get so "pissed off" because I get "mad issues" during that "time of the month". I want "soul insurance" but its "easier said than done". "I wish I didn't miss you" but "life goes on".

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Snooze, You Lose!
This album is too hot for you to sleep on. Great neo-soul at its best. Angie speaks of loneliness, discovery, love and hate, and so much more you can relate to. It's sort of a life story album.

Highlights: What U Dyin For, Pissed Off, Mad Issues, The Heat, Easier Said Than Done

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - DON'T SLEEP
This is a must have album. Angie Stone delivers on every single track. There are very few albums that one can listen to from begining to end without skipping tracks; but you can do that with this one and want to listen again. Ms. Stone grabs you at the intro and never lets go. I can't even list favorites because I would have to list every song. This album puts Angie Stone at the head of the Neo Soul Class, all others could learn from the lessons she tells here. This album in no way compares to her first one, it's 100% better! You'll love it! It is worth every cent! COP THIS DISC!

Java Entrepreneur

Sun Microsystems has announced plans to cut between 5,000 and 6,000 jobs — that's between 15 and 18 percent of its workforce.

"It blamed the cuts on the global economic downturn, but I think that like many other companies, Sun is using the downturn as an excuse for what were pre-existing problems, foretold by its stock price, which seems to be in an unending swoon," suggests GigaOM's Om Malik.

"How much has Sun spent to develop Solaris or Java?" asks InfoWorld's Neil McAllister. "How much must it continue to invest in maintaining other products, which, despite being open source, have no appreciable development community? To say these products are not loss leaders suggests something akin to Hollywood accounting."

The answer? "Spin off Java," McAllister added in a later post. "Just get rid of it — farm it out to an industry consortium and let the companies that depend upon it manage it..."

More here from CNET News ... more here from the Guardian ... more here from ZDNet ... more here from TG Daily ... and the press release is here.
