Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - the Music CD is excellent, and beautifully done. I love it
I absolutely loved the CD Music for the Soul
Beautiful religious Chant done my the monks in a German monastery.
I highly reccomend this CD, the music is so spiritual and holy
proper for this age of craziness and insanity.
This will fortify your soul

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Recording Bad!
I just got this CD and went to play it last night, but through the entire CD, I got a hissing, static like sound. This CD does not work on all CD players. I tried it on my computer and it worked fine, but not my main stereo system. I tried other CDs on my stereo system and they worked ok. Must be the way they recorded it to the CD. Will be going back to Amazon for refund as defective. It should work on all CD players. Manufacturing problem which should have been noticed before releasing it.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Mesmerizing
"Mesmerizing" is totally descriptive of this collection. Aside from any religious significance, these chants, even without the ability to comprend any words, promotes tranquility beyond reasonable analysis. No library should be without it.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Chant: Music for the Soul
This CD is very relaxing to listen to. Unfortunatly there is an imperfection in the CD so it skips on a couple of the sequences near the end.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A place to take your meditation
This CD is beautiful and gives one a sense of timelessness. A great way to accompany meditation. A perfect accompaniment to creativity. Visions of nature, and of course great halls and cathedrals with those haunting acoustics! What a treasure.

Netbeans 6.5 is recently released. Along with tons of new features, it has some enhancements for Web Services development. The foremost is that with Netbeans 6.5, you can easily develop Web Services applications and deploy on to Glassfish V3. There are are other features like configuring WS-Addressing, and exposing a SOAP based Web service as REST service through GUI caught my attention.

Nick Bradbury just had a tumor removed from his head. Glad to hear he's doing well:

The fact that I'm able to type this blog entry less than a week after the operation has me hopeful that recovery will be quicker than I was led to believe, but it will still be a few weeks before I'm able to really tackle any serious work.

Consumer electronics giant Sanyo's new stereo Internet radio--available in the U.S. in January--looks good and sounds good, but is a challenge to set up.
