Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Amazing Talent and Open Heart Made this CD
To all who have not purchased this CD, please do. I am a 29 year old mother of three, and I limit the music my girls listen to. (We do not do the Hannah Montanan thing) I purchased this CD for my 5 1/2 year old who thinks Taylor is beautiful and loves to here her sing. This is a girl with incredible talent, she is only 18 and she had dedicated her life to music, not for the glory but for the love. You hear and see that in her music. Just because she can not hit those "high" notes or sing like past musicians does not make her any less of an artist. She is the type of artist "she" is, no other type. Leave her alone and let her mature more and you will see, she is here to stay. She has shown ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Good CD
My daughter had this CD first and she recommended it to me. Good music.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - so cute and she can sing
I'm amazed this young lady wrote all her own songs, really good songs at that. this is a great cd for all country and pop lovers. her songs can really relate to real life situations and her vocals are excellent.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - amazing!
Taylor Swift is just the most amazing country artist out there!
She is just so unique and her voice is soo great!
i love the whole album!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - GREAT! SHE'S SO GREAT.
Taylor Swift is so sweet and innocent. I love listening to her. She is my 7 year old grandchild's favorite. She knows all the words to all of her songs and her inspiration is to be Taylor Swift!

You guys! Psyched about that whole Watchmen movie thing (previously, we've touched on Watchmen briefly, like, once or twice?), kinda wanna read the book, but you just can't see fitting a 400-page comic into your busy, busy schedule? Fortunately for you, there's The Condensed Version. (Via the often NSFW Journalista.)

Eureka! We'll call it...

NASA got a great big balloon for the 75th anniversary of its iconic Moffett airfield in the heart of Silicon Valley.…

All About N-Gage have the dirt on a game that looks like it has a lot of potential: Asphalt: Urban GT.  I can't say that I've played much more than some FIFA and other random stuff on the N-Gage, but a good racer can add a lot of value to a gaming platform.  Of course I'm still waiting to see if Call of Duty rocks as much as it should.

I've heard it said by Dave Winer and many many others: if only Dean had reinvested half the money raised into the Internet, then ...

OK, so you're the Dean Campaign Chief Information Officer in August 2003. The money starts to roll in. $20 million over six months, $2-4 million per month.

What would you spend the money on?

  1. What does your monthly budget look like?
  2. What is your application and infrastructure portfolio?
  3. How much will you allocate to maintenance?
  4. You're building from scratch, so what problems do you hope to avoid through wise architecture?
  5. What are your big milestones?
  6. Who are your key vendors?

How do you spend in consonance with the campaign strategy?

  1. How will you use the Internet to bring offline voters into the campaign at the same numbers as radio or television broadcasts?
  2. What is your online strategy for responding to attack ads and opposition pundits in radio, television and print?
  3. Online community takes time to build and is very hard to organize geographically. What will you do to match the state-by-state primary schedule?
  4. What can you do with online services to serve the campaign in caucus states?
  5. You are preparing for Bush to launch in Spring 2004. What are your countermeasures to reach out to moderate Republicans online while the GOP uses its advanced voter email systems to barrage 200 million validated email addresses?
  6. How will you lower the cost-per-vote vs. the GOP?
