I did not realize I was buying a CD; I wanted the book. Is there a possibility of replacing my upopened CD with a book? Rating: - Clear VisionGetting Unstuck is helpful and I know I will be listening to the thoughts over and over. Nancy Rating: - Stuck with Getting UnstuckThis cd set from Pema Chodron was a disappointment. It was my first time listening to her, and perhaps my expectations were too high.
